How to read these. 13F filings are made 45 days after each quarter by managers with over $100 million in US stocks; the latest covers June 30, 2026. The same shares can be reported by more than one manager, so a 13F total can pass 100% of the shares. Fund figures come from each fund's own N-PORT report, dated May to July 2026. The 13D and 13G stakes are each holder's latest filing and are a percent of the class the holder reports. Insider figures count only open-market purchases and sales, not grants or option exercises. Some managers, such as Norges Bank, file 13F holdings only for June and December, so a holder that reappears after skipping a quarter is not counted as a new buyer. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell.
